Agile Product Management

Have you ever heard the phrase “lost in translation”? If you speak a second language you understand just how easily an idea from one language can be completely misinterpreted in another. The same is also true of product development.

It is extremely difficult to crystallize, quantify, and define an idea in such a way that it can become a reality. Not only does it take years of experience and a deep understanding of the product development process, it also takes someone who has both a sincere desire to help bring your vision to life and the iron will to save you from yourself.

As an agile product manager, it is my job to help my team and my company deliver the right product to the right people at the right time. Anything less than that and the market, not me, will literally decide my fate. But I’m not going to let that happen! Not to me, not to you, not to your end users.
