The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality test has been around for quite a while. It has its supports and its detractors and multitudes of businesses and organizations the world over use it to help their employees understand who they are and how they can enhance their relationships with their coworkers.

I get the value of understanding who you are and how you interact with others. But most of us don’t relate to abstract concepts. Nope, we relate to the people we know and know about.
